More than 17,000 Dallas Independent School District employees gathered at American Airlines Center in August. The event was the Believe/Achieve Back-To-School Kickoff.
The keynote speaker was Charles Rice Learning Center fifth-grader Dalton Sherman.
Speaking on behalf of all young people, he reminds us:
I believe in me. Do you believe in me?
Here’s the deal: I can do anything; be anything; create anything; dream anything; become anything;
Dalton reminds us to believe in young people, our colleagues, and ourselves. Of course, we believe in the Source as well. I believe in you God; help me in my unbelief.

Thanks for the awesome videos, Scott!
“Here’s the deal”.
