The reviews are still coming in… The April Fool’s Video Prank was the most commented blog posting ever on this site. There also have been many e-mail comments, here’s some of them: (the names have been removed to protect the innocent.)
CLEVELAND: Clever Scott man… It worked on me for a while. I was going to call you later yesterday to see how you were doing. Then I remembered the day and got a good chuckle. Nice job with the video too…
EMMITSBURG, MD I checked it out – it was a HOOT! Great stuff!
ARLINGTON: This better be an April Fool’s joke… you’re not allowed to quit!
BROOKLYN: Thanks for the laugh – I really needed it this week
CUMBERLAND, MD That was the best 10 minutes of my day! (which, I know, says more about my day than I probably should). Thanks for the chuckles and the lols. Happy Knitting!
ORLANDO: Happy April 1st to you too!
OMAHA: You kinda got me. I reacted sadly when I read the topic of the email thinking this was legit and so sad. I even thought “I need to call him, see if he’s okay…anything else going on…” But as soon as I opened the email, I knew it was bogus. Saw the list of usual suspects who would be featured on the video and smelled a prank. Gene, Patin, and Bob Rice have too many funny bones in their DNA to be involved with anything serious on April Fool’s Day. I do love you and the joy, levity, and faith and faithfulness you bring to the field.
WESTMINSTER, MD You can’t fool me! Happy April Fool’s Day
WILMINGTON: “There’s ten minutes I’ll never get back….”

Hey, Scott. Shannon Cerneka and I nailed it first, out on Facebook, on 4/1 morning, as I recall.
