Looking forward to being in New Orleans for the upcoming NCCYM. We’ve been to this great state before both virtually as well as for the 1982 NCCYM (duuuude, I know, I know, I AM that old!)
+ Help! I’m a Youth Minister resources can be found from Alexandria.
+ Basic training camp in Baton Rouge is for junior highers in September
+ Newsletters for both adults and youth are available from Houma-Thibodaux .
+ Lafayette offers Project WellSprings which is funded by the Governor’s Office through the Safe and Drug Free Schools and Communities Program.
+ New Orleans held a volunteer kick-off as they prepare to host the upcoming National Conference on Catholic Youth Ministry in December.
+ Randy Tiller holds the position of interim contact over in Shreveport where he also holds the cool job title of Director of Mission Effectiveness.
Blogging buddy, Roy Petitfils, is also down Louisiana way. Please comment away and let us all know what else we should be looking for?
