Hmmmm, while I get where you are at with committees and policies... there is a &quot;shared vision&quot; thingee that can occur from within them if they are done properly...
best case in point - - Kenda is the &quot;editor&quot; of the OMG book which was put together by a brilliant band of minds, including friend Mike Carotta...
My short homilette- we are desperate for the shared vision thingee in our field right now.
