Today , our Archbishop and apostolic administrator, Edwin O’Brien was elevated to the role of Cardinal within the Church.

It is both a great accomplishment for him in his storied ministry of service to the Church and a bit of a nod to my home diocese in Baltimore.

Next on the docket for us all is the naming of the next Archbishop of Baltimore… and what was a whisper of a ticking clock before just became a little louder and louder.

Prayer for our Archbishop, present and future, would be appreciated.
