Actually, it’s the dog days of summer.   This morning was the first time I was able to open the blog and see it that way I used to…  So, I am declaring the sucker heaedl and getting back to it… very soon.

> Grandfather-hood.  Say hello to Mackenzie Beverly, folks.
> Hiking the Appalachian Trail.  I was planning on five days but the first day totally kicked me in the behind.  I learned a lot in a few hours, however.
> Drafted a 10,000 word mini-book, the first two chapters are in the hands of a potential publisher.  It was totally fun to do. We will see where that goes.
> Hiring. We are still a staff person down in our offices, which has meant additional meeting, some interview times, etc..
> Repairing the blog… What a nightmare.    And, finally
> Doing my best to actually experience a little of summer.
