Stop Stealing Dreams

So, here is Seth Godin taking some likely well deserved shots at our present education system. We have cover this ground before with Sir Ken Robinson, but this seemed to be a good week to look again.  There is so much to connect between how we do education and youth ministry / formation.

Godin suggests some of the following:
> Homework during the day, lectures at night
> The end of compliance as an outcome
> Precise, focused instruction instead of mass, generalized instruction
> Transformation of the role of the teacher

What other connections should we be making and how can we go about working on the above??
